We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's programs. The Program Director will be responsible for managing program budgets, supervising program managers and staff, and ensuring that program goals align with the organization's mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program goals and objectives in line with the organization's mission.
Plan and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
Supervise program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program success and sustainability.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and board of directors on program progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
