Job Description:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's programs. The Program Director will be responsible for managing program budgets, supervising program managers and staff, and ensuring that program goals align with the organization's mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program goals and objectives in line with the organization's mission.
  • Plan and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
  • Supervise program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program success and sustainability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and board of directors on program progress and outcomes.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring program activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead strategic planning and expansion efforts for new programs or initiatives.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management or a related role, preferably in a nonprofit or governmental organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and articulate programmatic goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
