Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design:
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts based on project requirements.
• Produce high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand representation across various channels.
Multimedia Design:
• Create engaging multimedia content, including but not limited to social media graphics, infographics, and presentations.
Performance Management:
• Manage the performance appraisal process, guiding supervisors and employees.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Adaptability:
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools as needed.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats.
Deadline Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
Feedback and Revisions:
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Experience in digital design.
Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with multimedia design tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
