Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Fullstack Development Manager to lead our software development team. The Fullstack Development Manager will oversee the design, development, and deployment of our fullstack applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements and user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in fullstack development, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of fullstack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, architectural reviews, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, implementing tools and processes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and mutual respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in fullstack development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical proficiency in fullstack technologies, including front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, etc.).
• Experience with modern development practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and scalability considerations.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js.
