• • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople

Responsibilities:

• • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in IT business development.
• • Proven record of sales growth
• • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
• • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• • Exceptional project management skills
• • Clear verbal and written communication skills
• • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential. Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
• • Expert level technical recruitment skills.
• • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
• • Individual Contribution will be a plus.
